One in Custody after Execution of Search Warrant

On Sunday May 20th, 2012 an investigation initiated by Deputies from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the execution of a narcotics search warrant at 11698 Kings Estates Drive Oskaloosa, KS. 

The warrant resulted in the arrest of Gary D. Farmer, 56 of the residence as well as the recovery of stolen property from two Jefferson County residential burglaries, and a theft from the City of Leavenworth, KS.  

Farmer remains in custody at the Jefferson County Jail with no bond pending his first appearance on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Cultivation of marijuana,  Possession of marijuana, Traffic of contraband into a correctional facility, and three counts of possession of stolen property.
