On March 11th, 2014, at approximately 10:48 PM, Deputies of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office went to 412 Union Street in Oskaloosa, Kansas after receiving information that Destinee Back may be at the residence.   Destinee Back is a NE Kansas Most Wanted subject.

While at the residence and looking for the fugitive, deputies saw a smoking pipe used for smoking narcotics.   The deputies acquired a search warrant and recovered several items of evidence of illegal narcotics.

Three subjects were arrested and booked into the Jefferson County Jail.

Donavon McCleary  48   W/M  DOB: 02.03.1966
Jonny Owens   40   W/M   DOB: 05.16.1973
Annie True   50   W/F   DOB: 10.10.1963

All three subjects are booked into the Jefferson County Jail on the Use of or Possession with intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia into the Human Body.

The Fugitive; Destinee Back was not located at the residence.
