Alleged Moral Transgressor Behind Bars

Kolby Wayne O'Conner (32) years of age, was taken into custody in Tooele, Utah, by the U.S. Marshall Service, pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the Jefferson County Kansas District Court.  O'Conner was extradited back to Kansas and booked into the Jefferson County Jail with charges of; two (2) counts of Rape, two (2) counts of Aggravated Criminal Sodomy, and two (2) county of Aggravated Sexual Battery.

According to a Court Affidavit, the incident stems from allegations made in April of 2024.   O'Conner was residing in Jefferson County, Kansas in April 2024.
